Job Description
JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Analyzing Data of Prospective and existing Retirees.
2. Research, compare trends in the stock exchange/financial market and provide insight to the Bureau.
3. Tracking of remittances by Ministry of Finance to Pension Fund Administrators.
4. Tracking of remittances to Retirement Savings Accounts (RSAs) by Pension Fund Administrators (PFAs).
5. Monthly reconciliation of remittances.
6. Monitoring State Investment Asset (employer and employees plus the return on investment) and provide update for decision making.
7. Monitoring inflation trends to guide decision making on investment assets.
8. Conduct retirement projections on prospective retirees
9. Maintain the quality of service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
10. Improve professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops/conferences, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks.
11. Other duties that may be assigned.
REMUNERATION
Remuneration is subject to prevailing salary structure for Kaduna State Civil Servants for Grade Level 14

Education Qualification:
B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Economics
Professional Qualifications:
Membership of Nigeria Economic Society (NES) is an added advantage
Experience:12 years of cognate experience in Analytics /Metrics
Age Bracket:18 - 50years old
